Chapelle de Seize Saint-Émilion Grand Cru is a wine from an exceptional vineyard, sandy gravelly soil with a layer of clay in the basement, whose grape variety consists of 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.
This blend offers a structured and elegant tasting based on aromas of black fruits, blackberries and blackcurrants. The harvest is manual in crates with manual sorting in wooden and stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged 50% in stainless steel tanks and 50% in barrels.
Bottled by Château Pavie.
