Château du Gazin

Château du Gazin has always been committed and places the quality of its vineyard at the heart of its mission.

The Château du Gazin estate is located north-east of Bordeaux, 5 km from Libourne, very close to the Saint-Emilion and Pomerol appellations. It clings to the slopes of a superb valley that cuts into the Ronsadais plateau. The estate extends over 30 hectares (24 in Canon Fronsac, 6 in Fronsac), in one piece around the cellars. Located on south/south-east slopes, the vineyard is based on calcareous clay soils on limestone banks with asterias. The grape variety consists mainly of Merlot then Cabernet Franc and Malbec.
